Meet Jack Teboda, President
For more than 35 years, Jack Teboda has helped people pursue financial independence through personalized investment strategies.
With his credentials, Jack is able to offer a full range of products to his clients, including both investment and insurance solutions. He has passed Series 6, 22, 63 and 65 securities exams and holds life, accident and health insurance licenses. Additionally, Jack earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. As an Investment Adviser Representative, he is able to provide an extensive network of financial options and products to fit his clients’ unique needs.
Jack grew up in DeKalb, Illinois, and now resides in Elgin with his wife of more than 35 years, Babs, and his youngest child, Trace. His two other children, Blakely and Kylee, reside in Minnesota and Illinois, respectively. In his spare time, Jack enjoys exercising, golfing and being an active member of Harvest Bible Church with Babs.
Kevin C. Sanders, Esq.,

Kevin Sanders serves as a Financial Advisor and an Estate Planning Attorney at Teboda & Associates. As a Financial Advisor, Kevin Focuses on developing investment and retirement income plans to meet the individual needs of the families he works with. He prides himself on providing well rounded investment strategies and retirement income plans that serve to help protect his clients’ lifestyle. Adding to his ability to assist his clients, Kevin is also an attorney who can review and construct Estate Plans. This gives Teboda & Associates the unique ability to ensure that our clients wealth is protected and preserved for future generations.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Francis in Joliet and received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He has passed his Series 65 Securities exam and holds life and health insurance licenses in Illinois. Formerly of the Kane County state attorney’s office, Kevin resides in Pingree Grove with his Wife and two children..
Amanda Jager, Investment Adviser Representative
Partner and Associate Financial Advisor
Amanda is one of Teboda and Associates’ Retirement Income Specialist. Amanda focuses her attention in three areas: wealth management, retirement income strategies, and estate preservation. Her expertise assist clients to maximize their pension benefits or 401(k) income strategies and develops an individualized strategy for each family to optimize their social security benefits. Amanda’s goal is to ensure her clients maximize the benefits they have earned to create the retirement lifestyle they deserve. When asked what she likes most about working at Teboda & Associates, Amanda referenced a quote: “True greatness is a passionate love for God that demonstrates itself in an unquenchable love and concern for others.” She continued, “I get the opportunity every day to make a difference in the lives of others- and that is what life is all about.”
Amanda completed her undergraduate in Psychology and made the transition into the Financial Industry in 2011. She has passed the Series 65 exam and has life, health, and accident insurance licenses in the state of Illinois. A former collegiate athlete, Amanda continues to play softball and volleyball in her spare time.
Back Office Operations Specialist
Christina is a graduate of Burlington High School and received her Bachelor's degree in finance from Northern Illinois University, where she was an honor student. She began working for Jack part-time in high school and now manages the operations end of the business, taking care of all the processing and management of all paperwork related to clients' accounts, and prides herself on her organizational skills and efficient oversight of all Teboda & Associates business.
Christina was married in September 2010, and since then she and her husband, Dan, have welcomed three girls to their family that keep them on their toes! Twins, Quinn and Brooklyn, were born in 2011, and Zoey arrived in 2015. Christina loves to spend time with her family outdoors and enjoys time on the ATV trails, boating or riding motorcycles & snowmobiles with her husband.
Client Service Specialist
Sheila graduated from the now-defunct Lostant High School (with her class of 25) where she was a member of the National Honor Society and named as an Illinois State Scholar in 1974. She was a McCormack Scholar at Illinois Valley Community College in 1976 before receiving her bachelor's degree in journalism from Northern Illinois University. While working as a reporter, photographer and columnist for the LaSalle Daily News-Tribune, she become a certified EMT-A, working for the 10-33 Ambulance Service in addition to her newspaper duties. After being approached by co-workers about the need for the City of LaSalle to have their own ambulance service, she struck out with this group to form their own service in 1986, where she was vice-president.
After moving to California with her husband in 1987, she worked for the Moreno Valley News before joining the merchandising department of a catalog company, in search of a job that featured regular hours instead of the reporter's steady diet of night work. But she missed writing and joined Jill Lloyd and Associates as a media relations and marketing assistant. eventually working her way up to junior vice president for the firm, which handles fairs and special events. During her tenure with JLA, she worked at every aspect of the business, from stapling press releases to escorting Travis Tritt and Kenny Loggins and their bands through the fairs' carnivals to enlisting her husband as a driver for the late Eddie Rabbitt when his assigned chauffeur was a no-show.
She left JLA to embark on the career of motherhood in 1994. When her son was two months old, the Burnette family returned to Illinois. While caring for her son, in her free time she freelanced for various national magazines, including Police, Law and Order, Emergency and National Libraries, among others. An article written by her on female sheriffs was incorporated into the class materials of a course at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
After her son began school in 2000, she returned to the workforce with Jack Teboda & Associates, where she's been ever since.
Marketing Director and Client Outreach Specialist
Casey graduated from Barrington High School in 2011 and received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015. She began working for Teboda and Associates in April 2016 and handles client outreach and all things marketing and event related. She enjoys getting to work with and assist clients on a day to day basis and using her organization and creativity to put together exciting seminars for prospective clients.
Since graduating from UIC, Casey and her boyfriend, Ryan, bought their first home together in Buffalo Grove. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, she enjoys golfing, working out, and running in her spare time. She also enjoys relaxing by the pool, doing home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.
A team member for three years, Zackery Fall oversees the client transition process, technical
support and other matters that clients may require assistance with. Born and raised in
Naperville, Zackery moved to the DeKalb area in 2011 and has lived in Sycamore since 2014.
Away from the office, he enjoys watching old movies, playing music and spending time with
his family and two dogs. He is often outdoors exercising, biking, hiking or rollerblading.
Brooke joined the team in early 2018, and her role includes calling, scheduling, and following up with workshop attendees and clients. She also assists with managing advisors’ calendars to maximize time with clients. It’s Brooke’s enthusiastic voice you might hear when you call!
A native of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Brooke and her husband, Shannon, moved to Pingree Grove in August 2016. They have a six-year-old son, Luke, and two college-aged children, Kaleigh & Mark. Away from the office, Brooke likes to cook and hit the gym, and she enjoys spending much of her time with her family, both here and in Wisconsin.
